Sometimes I feel like I'm playing an extra in the story of my own life.

I'm not the Harry Potter, or even Ron or Hermione...more like the Luna Lovegood.

She's sweet, nice, and she's friends with the main characters...but does she main an impact on the plot of the story?

No.

It's like I'm that friend, you know the one, the one you smile at in the hallway, maybe you'll say you like her outfit...maybe not.  Maybe you'll even sit beside her in class, granted none of your other friends are there.
But do you ever call her after school?

No.

And it isn't your fault!  Don't get me wrong, she's just a little too...alternative for your taste.  Or maybe too nerdy, or too christian, or just too strange.  

Maybe I've been turning into this person because I can't seem to fit into a defined "friend group"

Maybe it's because I struggle with the person I am, and  the person I want to show the world.

Maybe it's because I've found a knack for fading into the background...

Does anyone notice if I enter or leave the room?
